Question 1

What is THE VAULT?

Accepted Answer

THE VAULT is a premium cannabis drop platform where you can bid on and unlock high-quality cannabis packages at significant discounts. We partner with Oasis Cannabis to offer curated products that you claim and pay for in-store after winning.

Question 2

How do I create an account?

Accepted Answer

Simply click "Sign Up" and enter your email address. You'll need to confirm that you're 21 or older to participate. Once confirmed, you can immediately start browsing and bidding on Vault Drops.

Question 3

Is there a cost to join?

Accepted Answer

Creating an account is completely free! You only pay when you win a drop and come into the store to claim your package.

Question 4

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

Currently, THE VAULT operates in New Mexico through Oasis Cannabis dispensaries. Winners must claim and pay for their packages in-person at an Oasis Cannabis location.

Question 5

How does bidding work?

Accepted Answer

Each drop has a starting price and a countdown timer. Place a bid higher than the current price to become the leading bidder. Each bid extends the timer, preventing sniping and keeping drops fair and exciting.

Question 6

What is "Instant Unlock"?

Accepted Answer

Instant Unlock lets you claim a package immediately at a fixed price without waiting for the drop to end. It's perfect if you don't want to risk losing in a bidding war or want to secure your package right away.

Question 7

What happens if I'm outbid?

Accepted Answer

You'll receive a notification when someone outbids you. You can then decide to place a higher bid or let it go. There's no penalty for being outbid.

Question 8

What are Flash Drops?

Accepted Answer

Flash Drops are special short-duration auctions (usually 15-30 minutes) with amazing deals. They appear randomly and create exciting, fast-paced bidding opportunities.

Question 9

Can I cancel a bid?

Accepted Answer

Bids are binding commitments and cannot be cancelled once placed. Please bid carefully and only on packages you intend to claim.

Question 10

What happens when I win a drop?

Accepted Answer

Congratulations! You'll receive a digital certificate with a unique claim code. You'll also get an email confirmation with all the details you need to claim your package at Oasis Cannabis.

Question 11

How long do I have to claim my package?

Accepted Answer

You have 24 hours from the time of winning to claim your package at an Oasis Cannabis location. After 24 hours, unclaimed packages are forfeited.

Question 12

What do I need to bring to claim my package?

Accepted Answer

Bring your digital certificate (on your phone or printed) and a valid government-issued ID proving you're 21+. You'll be ID'd upon entry to the dispensary and again when picking up your package. Payment is made in-store at the time of pickup.

Question 13

Can someone else claim my package for me?

Accepted Answer

No, packages must be claimed by the account holder who won the drop. This is required by cannabis regulations—you'll be verified with ID both upon entry and at pickup.

Question 14

When and where do I pay?

Accepted Answer

All payments are made in-store at Oasis Cannabis when you pick up your package. We do not collect any payment on the platform—you pay when you claim your drop.

Question 15

Are taxes included in the winning price?

Accepted Answer

No, taxes are added to your winning bid at pickup. New Mexico has both cannabis excise tax and sales tax, which together add approximately 21% to your total. This is collected at the register when you claim your package.

Question 16

Do medical patients pay tax?

Accepted Answer

No! If you're a registered medical cannabis patient, you pay no tax. The price you win is exactly what you pay at pickup.

Question 17

How much can I save?

Accepted Answer

Savings vary by drop, but it's common to unlock packages at 50-90% off retail value. Even with taxes added for recreational customers, you're still getting premium cannabis at incredible prices.

Question 18

How is age verification handled?

Accepted Answer

We use age-gating on our website to confirm you're 21+. The official age verification happens in-store—you'll be ID'd when entering Oasis Cannabis and again when picking up your package. We do not store your ID information.

Question 19

Is my information secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and do not collect or store payment information or ID details. Your account data is protected and never shared with third parties.

Question 20

Can I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team. Note that any pending wins must be claimed or will be forfeited before deletion.
